They’re Baaaaack!

“They’re Baaaaaack!”   Yes, we’re back.  After a short hiatus, the New  York State Real Estate Investors Association is back to bring you the best in real estate education.   So where were we?

Over the past six months, we spent quite a bit of time sifting through your requests, ideas, and needs for real estate investing education.  We talked with several leading experts in the real estate field and looked at how other clubs functioned.  The end result is what we affectionlly call, “NYREIA 2.0″

“NYREIA 2.0″  is a cutting edge  real estate investing education experience.  We are harnessing the power of the internet, podcasts, streaming video, social media and more to bring you an outstanding curriculum and  give you the ability to learn on your own schedule.   We have members that travel an hour and a half to attend our monthly meetings. Some of you found it challenging to make the meeting each month.  With our new format you still will have the same networking and learning opportunities but now you can do things at your own pace.  We also really believe that our new format will expand the membership to all of New York State and beyond!

“But Bob, I really like the meetings.”   We like the meetings too and we are going to have meetings but we are going to do them quarterly instead of monthly. We also are going to have some pretty cool weekend courses, includes a “Deals on Wheels” bus tour and a “Millionaire Real Estate Investor” course.
